We visited a couple more shops after this one but but I'm saving those for later when I can group the photos so that they make sense and do a bit of justice to the shops that I thought were the most interesting.
So I'll just fast forward to our evening trek through Times Square at night. Now that was one busy and interesting place. I am glad to say we saw it but I'd liked it much better when we had gotten about two blocks away and the extremely loud, massive crowds of people had dissipated.
Here is Radio City Music Hall lit up at night . . .
and Rockefeller Center's Golden Boy.
Monday will be our last day in the city. I think I'll be glad to go back home and put up my feet -
I don't think it will be nearly as exciting and well, I think that will be a good thing. So, we'll do one more round on Monday and then it'll be time to pack up our memories for the trip back home. As Cheryl said, we'll probably need a vacation from our vacation! Right now that sounds really lovely!

Thank you so much for the visit to New York. I spent 2 days there back in 2004. Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI especially want to thank you for posting the pictures of Winnie the Pooh and his friends. That is the best look at them i've ever had, and I love WTP!
Looks great! I'm sure you found some treasures! Hope your feet are ok!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Lisa
How in the world did I miss this lovely post. Must be the heat. Sharon
