A friend of mine, Elanor of Shantock Bears has been making some really wonderful bears and mice. So wonderful in fact that Teddy Bear Review chose one of her pieces for the cover of their current issue.
Now Elanor is tempting all of us with a sweet ornament as a giveaway on her blog. Just look at this face! How could you resist such a winsome look?
If I get my druthers, this little guy will be hanging around my house. Alas, it is not up to me. It is a random sort of thing. And you can have a chance too.
Just go and visit Elanor’s blog and try to sweet talk her into letting that mouse come to live with me. Oh, sorry! Of course, I meant to say let that mouse go to your place. The more the merrier, right? If you go, tell her I said hello. There might be a restraining order on my visits!

I'm sure if you discussed it with them, the BBC could form a (probably not so) covert task force to sneak in and steal said little mousie away. I'm sure they have enough snacks and candy to bribe everyone involved :)
ReplyDeleteAnother Bear has come to live at my house. She doesn't have a name, yet. I am going to post her next week and see what name my readers come up with. She traveled by post from Oklahoma. Who knows where all she has been in her lifetime. She looks well loved. If only she could tell me of her adventures.
