Hello Yellow.

One man’s flower is another bird’s lunch. It took me a moment to distinguish this small bird from the flower. These colors are amazing.

  3. Hi Miss Ginger,

We love sunflowers. One year back home Mom grew some and then in the fall dried the flowers and harvested the sunflower seeds for the birds - boy, did they enjoy that.

Thank you for the lovely photo, a beautiful way to begin a new week.

  4. You know they're getting cheeky when they steal the sunflowers from the flower and fly them over to your bird feeder to drop them off, then stare at you pointedly.

  6. We have them drop by the feeder once or twice a year...if sunflowers will bring them by more often, I will plant some next year or ask Honey Bear to...I love seeing them..it is a gift from God, a blessing.
