October has truly arrived –

here in North Carolina. How do I know? We went to the Farmer’s Market today and it seemed like everyone was carrying one of these to their car or truck.

In the past, when we went hunting the perfect pumpkin to turn into a jack-o-lantern, it seems we had to look and look and look. When we saw these, I thought any one of them would be ideal. Pick a pumpkin, any pumpkin. Welcome to October.

  4. I love fall! However, yesterday it was 87 degrees and the day before that it hit 90! I'm worried we are going to skip right over fall here in Minnesota and go from the heat of summer into the frigid temperatures of winter!
