One Endeavor’s Progress So Far

I am trying to get up to speed and am making advances here and there. I’ve returned to working on my boxes as well as having a few bears under construction. One operation takes place downstairs and the other upstairs. If nothing else, I might beat my record for the number of times I go up and down the stairs in one day. I have not yet decided but I might like having several projects underway at the same time.

These are some photos of the progress I have made so far on one box. In time, it may actually begin to look like something!

A long piece of wood trim.

Cut to size – why, oh why do I do these things?

The very scientific way to glue parts together.

My word, it actually worked.  No one could be more surprise than me!

Here I’ve added the fill that goes along with the theme. Time to let it dry and hope it turns out.  No going back now!

Another surprise.  Having painted it, I’ve added the finishing touch of shells found on our trip here.  Do they look familiar?

  1. Hi Miss Ginger,

I was busy drinking hot chocolate, but when I saw your post I had to drop by for a visit.

You are so creative. Can't wait to see this beautiful box finished. That blue color is wonderful.

    Heaps of Hugs

  2. Oh how cool. I have loads of shells I keep meaning to do things with, must get up off my posterior and do it!

We appreciate your comments so much and love reading them! Thank you for visiting bearbits!
