A Fearsome Foursome

I am looking with fondness at two photos from Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. The reason is because I think we are having our first taste of a cold, nearly freezing, wet and rainy autumn day and these take me back to Florida where the weather was wonderful and warm.

The costumes that Eeyore, Tigger, Piglet and Pooh were wearing were terrific and so appropriate for each of them - almost. Pooh as a bee and Piglet as a butterfly really reflect who they are. Tigger too as a pirate! But I have to say; I think in this case, Eeyore is my favorite because his clown outfit doesn’t quite go with his lovable gloomy Gus personality. I think I have a soft spot for the old donkey.

Sebastian is in there if you look closely – again in his fried egg Halloween costume. What a scream!

I also thought I’d include this photo I took of the castle during the fireworks show. You don’t often see the castle this color – at least I don’t think you do. What a great show it was too.

Now for the rest of the day, I am going to sew and dream of the warm and happy memories we had in Florida and at the beach while I warm my toes by the heat in my studio.

Day 3 of the 10 Days of Orange Crazy Countdown to Halloween!

  2. Aww, poor Eyore, that would be torture having to be happy like that all day! Mind you, he looks a little drunk, so maybe he found a way to combat it ;o)

  3. I've enjoyed all of your Disney Halloween photos and memories very much! My family went Halloween week when my daughter was 6, that was 11 yrs ago now. It was the best ever time we've had at Disney World, it turned me back into a kid! =) I highly recommend a Disney Halloween to anyone, it is better than a Disney Christmas even!
