fair photos. I thought I would share a couple of pictures that I took somewhat off the beaten path at our state fair. It might be hard to imagine, but this area was not very far from the midway.
We strolled through here one evening enjoying the water, the plants and the gardens on display. It was sort of a peaceful refuge from all the hoopla that lay beyond – the carnival games, the barkers, the rides, and the congestion. It’s not exactly what you might think of when someone says, “I’m going to the fair.”
That looks like a lovely tranquil place to be. I would rather be there than all the hoopla that goes on. I must be showing my age.
