I’m not sure if a cog is loose up there in my brain, but the first one of these took a while to figure out.
Making the pattern, sorting out how the paper would cover the base, in what order it should be assembled, how to get it slightly curved,
what trims to use and how to affix them . . . but once I got that all worked out,
the second and third ones progressed rather quickly by comparison. They are 1.5 inches in diameter and 1.25 inches tall. Now I’m off to get the glue off my fingers and that could take a while.
Those little witchy hats are georgeous! So, Halloween can come :O)

Hi Wilbur,

Fantastic, I don't know where you get the time and the patience. Jock is looking forward to seeing what's under the hats!

Hi Alan,
DeleteI wonder that myself too - especially when I look back at what I've been working on and wonder how in the world I managed that! Tell Jock all will be revealed soon!
Thanks for stopping by!
