Hi ho ho ho! Sebastian here. Hi. How ya doin’? I’ve been working on something to get me in the spirit of the holidays. I want to enjoy every minute of the excitement and festivities so I decided I would start by decorating.
First I thought I would start with me!
I dug out my Santa hat from before and found that it still fits me. How do I look?
Then I decided I wanted to decorate something else. I don’t really have my own house or even my own room. That’s okay though because I have my own CAR! I’m going to decorate my Mini. It will be a very merry Mini.
I had to wrangle the tree into the back seat. Whoa! Where did everybody go?!
Oh there you are!
What else? Oh, how about a deer? Didn’t Santa have some deer pulling his sleigh? Well, here’s my deer.
He told me he felt bad about leaving his friend so I said he could come along too.
Okay. Okay. Just one more. Three’s quite enough or there won’t be room for me!
The tree needs something. Let me see what I can do.
There! The tree is trimmed.
Hm-m-m-m. Um . . . well . . .
I think it needs a little more. That should do it.
No. It still needs something. It needs . . . it needs . . . it needs – a tree topper!
That’s it! Now what have I got that I can use for that??
Rummage. Rummage. Rummage.
Ah perfect! The crown I wore when I went to visit the Disney princesses!
Now for the rest of the car. A bit of holly. No, not a bit. A lot! A lot, lot, lot!
Tree. Check. Decorations. Check. Holly. Check. Deer. Check. Something else. It needs something else. Let me think. Think. Think. Think.
Lights. I need Christmas lights. Bright and colorful Christmas lights.
How could I have forgotten the lights?
As a bonus, one of the deer agreed to wear the red one and pretend to be Rudolf. How cool is that?
Now is that everything? No. Something is definitely missing.
I’ve got a tree, some deer, holly, decorations, lights and even Rudolf but something is not exactly right. What is it?
Oh! I know. I’m missing my friend, Katie. Katie! Come take a ride with me in my Christmas car.
Now I’ve got the Christmas spirit! Katie and I are going for a ride.
Would you like a ride too?
Wait right there and I’ll be back to take you for a spin.
Tootles!
love & hugs,
Sebastian, you've got the best-looking car, and all decked out! Wow! How clever?! I'm sure you'll make all heads turn in town. I'd love to come for a spin. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Val,
DeleteThank you very much! It took me a while to decorate it but it is especially fun to drive at night! Just wait right there and I'll come back to get you!
hugs,
Sebastian
que bien se lo pasa Sebastian, me encanta todo lo que ha utilizado para decorar su coche, pero no estoy muy seguro de que sea muy comodo conducir asi, jajajaja

Mari
Hi Mari,
DeleteThe holly can be a little prickly but you just have to make sure not to sit on any. Then the deer can be a little 'nosy' if you know what I mean, but it all works out when the wind starts blowing through your fur!
hugs,
Sebastian
If you go for a ride in the car Sebastian, I think every one will think you are Father Christmas. With all those fairy lights and deer. Have a great time.

Wilbur
HI* Wilbur,
DeleteI would love for you to come along. If you still had your beard we could have a great time throwing candy to all the children we pass! The lights are probably my favorite thing! And to think I almost forgot them . . .
hugs,
Sebastiani
Ah....very festive! I'll be on the lookout for you on the streets as you spread Christmas joy!
ReplyDeleteHi Jeanie,
DeleteIf you see me, please give a shout! I will pull over and you can hop in for a quick spin around the block!
hugs,
Sebastian
Hi Sebastian,
ReplyDeleteWhat, you don't have your own room? Well, ask Santa! We all love your "Christmas-mobile", and if you run out of gas the reindeer can pull you and Katie. (o:
Heaps of Merry December Hugs,
Prudence
Hi Prudence,
DeleteThanks for the advice but if I had my own room then I might have to vacuum and that machine makes too much noise for me. Topher and I try to hide under the nearest piece of furniture. At least we are in agreement that thing has to go.
Good thinking about running out of gas. I hadn't thought of that!
hugs,
Sebastian
Now THAT is doing it up right, Christmas Style! Good job, Sebastian!
ReplyDeleteHi Heather,
DeleteWhy thank you my friend! I want to take you for a ride. We'll go and get some Chick-fil-a snacks and then we cruise down to Krispy Kreme for a little doughnut dessert!
hugs,
Sebastian
Perfect job on the decorating there, although we do hope those deer have their seat belts on!

Jack, Boo & The Clan
Hi Jack, Boo & The Clan!
DeleteThanks so much! Seat belts? For the deer? Oh my! I forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder!
hugs,
Sebastian
Hi Sebastian,
ReplyDeleteWow, wow, WOW, I want decomerations like that on my motor bike!
You and Katie will cut quite a dash(er) (get it?) when you go out in the Mini. Just be sure that you switch the headlights on too. If you put on your hazard warning lights you can have flashing lights all over.. I think your hat is really cool too, but maybe you should put some 'lastic on it so it doesn't blow off in the wind. Oh and watch it doesn't fall over your eyes when you're zooming along.
Hugs,
(The madly jealous) Jock.
Hi Jock,
DeleteI can just see your motor bike now! If you don't mind riding doubles, I would love to come for a ride. Assuming that you aren't off to some place exotic like you do sometimes.
Katie says to tell you hello. She thinks you're dashing - ha ha!
Thanks for the advice on the flashing lights! It will be so festive we could almost be in the Christmas parade. Yes, I must make sure my hat doesn't fly away because I love my hat.
I hope Santa is good to you this year.
As always, with hugs - your friend,
Sebastian
Sebastian is quite the funny bear. He takes decorating to a whole new level.
