Sebastian and I, being diligent passengers, started to wonder how we might entertain ourselves on our journey. After a couple of hours of riding, I remembered that my fabulous and creative daughter had downloaded a retro camera app to my phone.
I decided we could be less annoying to our chauffeur if we could occupy ourselves taking retro pictures rather than continually asking him how much longer and are we there yet.
So, for our amusement and yours (I hope!) I present these retro photos of Sebastian – the ultimate I’m-with-you-all-the-way model. “Okay sure. Whatever you say,” says Sebastian.
In the style of a Polaroid camera.
Seldom did our prints from the past have the negative holes on them, if ever, but I do love this effect. Why? I have no idea. I also like the scratches!
This reminds me of vacation/holiday photos from the 6o’s. And the way I take photos sometimes, this angle is probably truer to life than I would like to admit.
Then it occurred to me that my non-phone camera also had some special effects. The one below is the only one I took worthy of any ‘oohs and ahhs’. This setting is called ‘Super Vivid’. Yep, those are some really, really, really green trees!
Oh how cute is he! Great pics. :)
ReplyDeleteWell what a star you are Sebastian. So many photos. My favorite is the black and white one. Hugs from Wilbur,
ReplyDeleteI think he had his photo shoot yesterday So I will have to see if he wants to come home soon.

Ha, you two were doing great - not annoying the driver. However, I just KNEW it wouldn't last. (o:
ReplyDeleteIt had to be those green toes that got you two thinking of the boring road trip. (o:

Looks like FUN! Did he remember to bring his little suitcase? HAVE FUN! ♥
ReplyDeleteLove the photos, great modeling job Sebastian. Have a fun trip.
ReplyDeleteThe last one is so real I could almost feel the movement of the car.
ReplyDeleteMama Bear
That was the perfect way not to annoy the driver, Jack and I tried that in Ireland, and even the driver joined in... thankfully we were stationary in a traffic jam at the time :oD
ReplyDeleteHope you're nearly there now and have had LOADS of snacks and pit stops
That is great !!! The way I like to travel, keep myself occupied. :)
ReplyDeleteI think I need that app.
Have a great show my friend...
Hugs,
Bonnie
