Here, There and Somewhere

Here in my studio today, I had fun making these overalls for a bear that has a bit of a feminine side. There on the pockets I have put some lace and hopefully soon she’ll have something to put in them. There are a couple of wee little buttons I added to keep the straps in place. Now I want to make some more teddy bear clothes.Somewhere out there, Sebastian is still off on his balloon adventure. He sent me this photo saying he knew we would enjoy seeing this well known landmark. I think he needs to polish his picture taking skills.

Here (finally) is the link to more Hugglets photos of nearly every artist’s stand. A little late but I am trying to keep my promise to send it to you.

There you go. Enjoy!

  1. I love the overalls! They're gorgeous and they have inspired me to not give up on one day making some decent clothes for my teddys. Just beautiful thanks for sharing :0) Hugs, Di from Woollybuttbears.

    1. Hi Di,

Thank you! I love them too. Wish I could wear them, but I think people would look at me weirder than usual.

    1. Hi Kay,

I'm glad. Now if we can just figure out where Sebastian is, maybe we could feel as if we had been there too!

  3. Oh, that couldn't be - could it be? I do believe that is Mt. Paw. Giggle.

  4. Oh Sebastian, silly boy, everyone knows you're meant to jump on the shutter button with both feet, not leave your paws messing up the lens...

    1. Hi Jack and The Clan,

I think Sebastian probably didn't take the same photo taking course that you did. Maybe he'll get the hang of it after a while.

  5. Thank you for the link to the photos! That was amazing to look through all the different bears. The little overalls are so adorable, with such pretty fabric! And I hope Sebastian is having a good time on his balloon trip - he'll figure out the camera sooner or later! :)

    1. Hi Kay Joy,

You are most certainly welcome! Yes, I could have spent someone else's lottery winnings on the bears there. Alas, no one offered to share! Thank you for your sweet comment on the overalls - I adore the fabric! I hope you are right about Sebastian figuring out the camera. He'll be disappointed if all his photos come out the same way!

    1. Hi Elanor,

If I could find more fabric, I'd make us both a pair! Wonder if we could wear them to the Sock Hop at TBAI? Wouldn't that be funny!?!

    1. Hi Tina,

You are so sweet as usual. Thank you! I have made overalls for some little bears - mostly 6" but I have gone down to 5" bears on occasion. That gives me something to aim for. If I make them, I'll post photos here on bearbits!
