Hello Everyone. Sebastian here. I thought I would sneak in here and show a few photos from the camera that will prove once and for all to all my teddy bear brothers and sisters back home that I actually did make it all the way to London. My plan worked! Anyway, here’s a few snapshots I pilfered from the camera.
One of the places we visited is a teeny tiny little place that sells tea. In fact they have sold tea since 1706. I was really impressed by the little men that sit atop the doorway.
And look, at last I have scooped up the courage to brave the cold air and have my photo taken outside the shop.
This is inside the store – not only is there tea every which way you look down this long aisle, it smells like tea. Love it!
Oh dear! It looks like they are packing up the backpack for another adventure into the city today. I better hurry up here.
This next photo – well, I mean, it’s obvious isn’t it? The red telephone booths and the big red double decker bus.
After dinner, I snapped this photo from the back of the backpack just walking – uh – riding along – the streets of London. They were walking. I was riding. Yes, that’s right.
I can see the coats being donned and the maps being packed. I guess I better hop in or get left. Talk to you later.
Oh, by the way, how do you like my English accent? I did the whole post in it. Don’t I sound like a native?
Hi dear Sebastian,
ReplyDeleteI have never been to London before, but your pictures and your story and explanations are great. It makes me feel as if I was there too !
I look forward to more stories.
Your accent is great, but be carefull that you don't get a stiff upper lip ;-)
If you feel that you need to explore even more... maybe your mum can come to Holland in October to a great bearshow ? You could tag along and see windmills, wooden shoes, taste some amazing cheese and meet some nice people along the way ?
a big beary hug,
Angelique (from Holland)
Hi Sebastian,
ReplyDeleteWOW, it looks like you are having a wonderful vacation. That backpack idea you had is great. What a super sightseeing vantage point, and when you get tired you can just cuddle up and have a nappy time.
Thank you for sharing your adventure.

Thank you, Sebastian for giving us your view of London..I like the men on top of the shop....and since red is my favorite color, I love the bus and the telephone book...are you getting any good souvenirs....love the British accent..how did you pick that up so quickly.

Well what a trip you all had. Great photos of ol' London town Ginger and good to see you managed to catch up with some of the girls at Hugglets. You sure looked like you had heaps of fun.

Oh we can soooo hear the accent. Jack thinks he's sounding more Scottish by the day (we're not so sure, but he's only little, we don't like to hurt his feelings)
