I thought I’d share a few photos of some of the wonderful details at Walt Disney World. I’m still fascinated by all there is to see. Here’s a few that you might miss.
You might walk by Cinderella’s fountain in the Magic Kingdom and only pay attention to the figure but . . .
if you look at it from a lower angle – say like that of a child – you can see that there is a crown that rests perfectly on her head.
Walk through the castle and you can see a beautiful mosaic of the story of Cinderella but . . .
if you look closely you will see lots of details made up of thousands and thousands of tiny tile squares – like these mice. So cute!
In Hollywood Studios, if you can stand in one place and look around for a moment, you will see the Pixar Place sign with the Pixar lamp. You have to look up.
Keep looking up and on the side of the building, you can see the green army men from Toy Story with a giant Scrabble board. How fun is that?!
And the monkeys from the Barrel of Monkeys game hang across the street overhead. More giant toys!
But one thing I have never seen before that I was able to see this time was a view of the Cinderella’s Castle from the end of Main Street with no people on it. Yes, no people – well maybe one if you look really, really closely. How amazing is that?!
WOW! Great photos. And that shot with no people on the street all the way up to the Castle--amazing!!!
